Bank of America was hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Florida Middle District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Kenny Nachwalter P.A. and Mayer LLP on behalf of Western Wyvern Capital Investments. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:22-cv-00191, Western Wyvern Capital Investments, LLC v. Bank of America, N.A.
