West Pharmaceutical Services, a manufacturer of advanced packaging and containers for injectable drugs, filed a trade secrets lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and the the Law Office of Michael LiPuma, pursues claims against a former employee at the program director level for the alleged breach of confidentiality and other employment agreements. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-05054, West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. v. Masciopinto.
