Bond, Schoeneck & King member Jeremy P. Oczek has entered an appearance for Koninklijke Philips, the health care technology company, in a pending patent lawsuit. The complaint, filed Sept. 25 in New York Southern District Court by attorney Lance Liu on behalf of Wenzhou Charmhome Electronic Tech. Co. Ltd., seeks a declaration invalidating the defendant's single asserted patent that relates to an electronic tooth brush base. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jessica G.L. Clarke, is 1:23-cv-08453, Wenzhou Charmhome Electronic Tech. Co., Ltd. v. Koninklijke Philips N.V.
