Buchalter filed a patent infringement lawsuit Friday in California Southern District Court on behalf of Wave Neuroscience Inc. The suit takes aim at PeakLogic Inc. and founder Kevin T. Murphy for alleged infringement of patents related to the use of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for the treatment of neurological and cognitive disorders. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-01330, Wave Neuroscience, Inc. v. PeakLogic, Inc. et al.
