Fastenal, an industrial products supplier, was sued Wednesday in Georgia Middle District Court over alleged violations of the Family Medical Leave Act. The lawsuit was brought by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Austin Watson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00182, Watson v. Fastenal Company.
