Domtar Corporation and members of its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over the company's planned acquisition by Paper Excellence. The lawsuit was filed by Grabar Law Office on behalf of Marc Waterman. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-03164, Waterman v. Domtar Corporation et al.
