Holland & Knight filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Wanzek Construction. The suit brings claims against Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Inc. for alleged non-payment of sums owed under the parties' Wind Turbine Generator Repowering Agreement.
