Lawyers at Litchfield Cavo on Friday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Security National Insurance Company to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint, filed by James A. Coleman PA on behalf of Walgreens, seeks declaratory judgment that the defendant has a duty to defend and indemnify Walgreens in an underlying lawsuit. The case is 6:22-cv-00567, Walgreen Co. v. Security National Insurance Company.
