Nike was hit with a website accessibility lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court. The court action was brought by attorneys Roderick V. Hannah Esq. and Pelayo Duran on behalf of Pedro Vergara, who contends that Nike's website is not fully accessible to the visually impaired. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-21803, Vergara v. Nike, Inc.
