Counsel at Crowe & Dunlevy on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Insurance and Blake Nightingale to Oklahoma Western District Court. The suit, seeking coverage for home repairs, was filed by Marr Law Firm and Gibbs Armstrong Borochoff on behalf of Aaron Tyler Vance and Nicole Vance. The case is 5:23-cv-00260, Vance et al v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company et al.
