Adam Baldridge and Jeremy D. Ray of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz have stepped in to represent Better Metal in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The suit, which asserts four patents, was filed Nov. 16 in Tennessee Middle District Court by Polsinelli on behalf of irrigation equipment manufacturer Valmont Industries. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw Jr., is 3:23-cv-01207, Valmont Industries, Inc. v. Better Metal, LLC.
