Johnson Controls International, the Ireland-headquartered building equipment manufacturer, was sued Wednesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit, brought by The Employment Rights Group on behalf of Mary Ann Vallecorsa, pursues age discrimination, wage-and-hour violations and ERISA claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01374, Vallecorsa v. Johnson Controls.
