Old Dominion Freight Line and other defendants were sued Wednesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The court action was brought by Ostroff|Godshall on behalf of Ismael Valdivia and Viviene Zermeno. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-01157, Valdivia et al v. Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. et al.
