The Tredyffrin/Easttown School District was sued Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by parents or guardians who allege that the mask mandates put forth by the acting secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the school district are unlawful. Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel is representing the plaintiffs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-04024, Geerlings et al. v. Tredyffrin/Easttown School District.
