Stanley L. Garnett and Carrie E. Johnson of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck have stepped in as defense counsel to radiopharmaceutical drug developer Cell>Point and its founders Greg R. Colip and Terry A. Colip in a pending SEC enforcement action.
