Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton partner Stuart E. Pollack has entered an appearance for Hitachi Vantara LLC in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The complaint, which asserts a single patent related to decoding data packets, was filed Nov. 14 in New York Southern District Court by Rabicoff Law on behalf of Unwired Global Systems. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge John P. Cronan, is 1:23-cv-10032, Unwired Global Systems LLC v. Hitachi Vantara LLC.
