Frank Talbott V of McGuireWoods has entered an appearance for Chameleon LLC and Gary V. Layne in a pending environmental lawsuit. The complaint, pertaining to the alleged violation of the Clean Water Act, was filed Nov. 13 in Virginia Eastern District Court by the U.S. government. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson, is 3:23-cv-00763, United States of America v. Chameleon LLC et al.
