Christopher A. Odgers of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has entered an appearance for Fidelity and Deposit Co. of Maryland and the Clement Group in a pending lawsuit for claims under the Miller Act, which protects subcontractors and suppliers on federal construction projects. The suit was filed Dec. 12 in Florida Middle District Court by Reed Leeper PC on behalf of Argos USA. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Henry Lee Adams Jr., is 3:23-cv-01456, United States of America for the use and benefit of Argos USA, LLC v. Surecrete, LLC et al.
