Sharecare Inc. was sued on Dec. 8 in Georgia Superior Court for Fulton County. The partially redacted complaint arises from alleged breaches of fiduciary duties and seeks $25 million in damages. The suit was brought by White and Williams and the Finley Firm on behalf of Fruit Street Health Inc., a developer of a proprietary diabetes prevention program.
