ABM Industries and the City of Atlanta were hit with a personal injury lawsuit on Nov. 2 in Georgia Superior Court for Fulton County. The court case was filed by Saxton Firm on behalf of Alexis Joyner, who contends that she was injured when she slipped on liquid on the airport floor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023CV388228, Alexis Joyner Vs. The City Of Atlanta, Georgia, ABM Industries Incorporated, XYZ Corporations Nos. 1-3, John Doe Nos. 1-3.
