The Georgia Department of Transportation filed a complaint on Aug. 16 in Georgia Superior Court for Fulton County seeking to acquire a right-of-way easement to build a highway. The lawsuit filed by Gregory, Doyle, Calhoun & Rogers, names Fulton County Tax Commissioner Arthur E. Ferdinand and other defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
