The Talg Law Firm was hit with a legal malpractice lawsuit on Aug. 16 in Georgia Superior Court for Chatham County. The complaint, filed by a pro se plaintiff, contend that the defendant wrongfully delayed the delivery of discovery material. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
