Trump Train Defendants Headed for Jury Trial | Law.com Radar

U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman denied defendants' summary judgment motions Monday, setting the stage for a Sept. 9 trial against a group alleged to have conspired to ambush a Biden-Harris campaign bus in 2020. A jury to be selected in the Western District of Texas will be asked to determine if the Donald Trump supporters participating in a convoy violated state law and the Ku Klux Klan Act, also known as the Enforcement Act of 1871.
