Cole, Scott & Kissane filed a declaratory judgment action Thursday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Trisura Specialty Insurance Company. The complaint, which arises from a vehicle collision, takes aim at Blue Horse Trucking Corp., Nelson Betancourt and Juan Gabriel Reyes Sanchez. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
