Markel American Insurance and Lake Geneva Boat Line were hit with a wrongful death lawsuit Tuesday in Wisconsin Eastern District Court. The case was filed by Emile Banks & Associates on behalf of the Estate of David Trehane and other plaintiffs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00852, Trehane, by the Special Administrator, Doris Guy et al v. Lake Geneva Boat Line, Inc. et al.
