Paul J. Sopher and Charli Grayson of Littler Mendelson have stepped in to represent the Childrens Hospital Of Philadelphia in a pending lawsuit over alleged age-based employment discrimination. The complaint was filed Dec. 12 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by the Derek Smith Law Group on behalf of a business research manager. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond, is 2:23-cv-04905, Torrens v. The Childrens Hospital Of Philadelphia (Chop).
