The Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action was filed by the Law Office Of Jeffrey Campolongo on behalf of Clifford Torban. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-04240, Torban v. The Lincoln National Life Insurance Co.
