Ryder System, a supplier of transportation and supply chain management products, was hit with an employment lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court. The action, over alleged gender and age discrimination, was brought by the Derek Smith Law Group on behalf of Penny Thompson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-23447, Thompson v. Ryder System, Inc.
