Several years ago, I had an issue with someone I worked with. He and I worked in different departments, but I occasionally needed his help and feedback with projects. Every time I needed to speak with him, though, he acted annoyed by my reasonable questions, and I found myself dreading having to deal with him. It didn't seem like a big enough issue to take to human resources, but it did affect my mood and even my productivity some days.
