The Colombian American Bar Association, or COLBAR, has seen a recent uptick in members, despite its existence spanning decades, as more young attorneys discover the organization. COLBAR was founded in Miami in 1995 with about 30 members. The number of members has remained steady until recently, when it increased to 150 members. A big part of its growth stems from welcoming young attorneys, who are seeking guidance as they enter the profession.
