Chemours filed an insurance coverage lawsuit against National Vacuum Environmental Services and Zurich Insurance on Friday in Delaware District Court. The suit, brought by Potter Anderson & Corroon, seeks indemnification in an underlying personal injury lawsuit. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
