Entrepreneur Sanjay Chandra sued business partner Steven Kahlon, Kinley Ford LLC and George D. Manderbach Inc. for fraud and breach of contract on April 23 in Texas District Court for Tarrant County. The suit, brought by Jackson Walker, accuses Kahlon of refusing to recognize Chandra as a co-owner of the parties' car dealership enterprise despite receiving millions of dollars in equity funds from Chandra.
