Walmart was named in a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on April 19 in Texas District Court for Dallas County. The lawsuit was brought by Daspit Law Firm on behalf of Kim Jones, who claims that she was injured as a result of getting her foot stuck in a store display.
