Counsel at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Friday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Nationwide subsidiary Crestbrook Insurance Co. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which arises from disputed weather-related property damage claims, was filed by the Huggins Law Firm on behalf of Berkeley Teston and Kevin A. Teston. The case is 1:23-cv-00302, Teston et al v. Crestbrook Insurance Company.
