David A. Cole and Shaheem M. Williams of Freeman, Mathis & Gary have stepped in to represent the City of Forrest Park, Georgia and other defendants in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The suit, filed Nov. 5 in Georgia Northern District Court by Buckley Beal LLP on behalf of Mary C. Terrell, pursues race discrimination and retaliation claims.
