Lawyers at Burr & Forman on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Wells Fargo to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for alleged conversion claims, was filed by attorney Macklyn A. Smith Sr. on behalf of Yvette Taylor. The case is 1:21-cv-05331, Taylor v. Wells Fargo Bank National Association, Inc.
