Ramsey M. Alsalam, Matthew C. Bernstein and Eric Maas from Perkins Coie have stepped in to represent Costco Wholesale in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The complaint, which asserts five patents, was filed Jan. 31 in California Southern District Court by Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox and Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp on behalf of golf equipment manufacturer TaylorMade. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Roger T. Benitez, is 3:24-cv-00212, Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc. v. Costco Wholesale Corp. et al.
