McDonald Hopkins filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Michigan Eastern District Court on behalf of Superior Industries International. The suit targets former Superior executive Jorge Caballero Alvarez for allegedly breaching non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-12190, Superior Industries International, Inc. v. Caballero Alvarez.
