Fox Rothschild filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Sunline USA LLC, a provider of medical and protective equipment. The complaint brings claims against Canadian supplier Ezzi Group Inc. for allegedly failing to provide more than $1.4 million worth of nitrile gloves. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
