Subaru of America sued WKDR Inc d/b/a Ocala Subaru Friday in Florida Northern District Court over a franchise dispute. The case was brought by Nelson Mullins Broad & Cassel. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-00295, Subaru of America Inc v. Wkdr Inc.
