Costco Wholesale and other defendants were sued Thursday in Florida Southern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The lawsuit was brought by the Derek Smith Law Group on behalf of Astrid Suarez. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-20242, Suarez v. Costco Wholesale Corporation et al.
