Attorneys from the Groom Law Group and Mark L. Bieter of Stoel Rives have stepped in as defense counsel to Alerus Financial in a pending ERISA violations lawsuit. The suit was filed Nov. 30 in Idaho District Court by the U.S. Department of Labor. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge David C. Nye, is 1:23-cv-00537, Su v. Alerus Financial NA et al.
