Patrick M. Muldowney and Nailah Bowen Casavant of Baker & Hostetler have entered appearances for White Cap Supply Holdings in a pending lawsuit for alleged breaches of the Family and Medical Leave Act. The action was filed July 3 in Florida Middle District Court by Imler Law on behalf of a former employee who contends that she was terminated in retaliation for taking FMLA leave and having two jobs.
