Kline & Specter filed a civil rights lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court against Bucks County Correctional Facility. The complaint was brought by Martha Stringer and Paul Stringer, who contend that their daughter, who suffers from mental illness, was subjected to excessive force. The case is 2:22-cv-01525, Stringer et al v. County Of Bucks et al.
