Clark Hill filed a copyright lawsuit Friday in Texas Southern District Court on behalf of adult film producer Strike 3 Holdings. The suit accuses an unidentified defendant of using BitTorrent protocol to unlawfully download and distribute Strike 3 films. The case is 4:21-cv-03319, Strike 3 Holdings, LLC v. John Doe subscriber assigned IP address 73.6.6.123.
