Travelers, a New York-based insurance company, and First Credit Services Inc. were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The lawsuit was brought by The Nelson Law Chambers on behalf of Matthew Stone. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01661, Stone v. First Credit Services Inc. et al.
