Turner Sports and Warner Media, the mass media and entertainment conglomerate, have turned to attorneys with McFadden Davis LLC to defend an employment discrimination lawsuit brought by sportscaster Casey Stern. The suit, filed May 12 in Georgia Northern District Court by Wigdor and Radford & Keebaugh, alleges that Stern was sidelined for seeking accommodation in connection with childcare responsibilities and to prevent exposure to COVID-19. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones, is 1:21-cv-02023, Stern v. Warner Media, LLC et al.
