Fisher & Phillips filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Western District Court against Lee Eye Center and Tac Lee on behalf of Robert L. Stein. The complaint seeks declaratory judgment invalidating restrictive covenants in Stein's employment agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-01730, Stein v.
