Kathleen A. Nelson and Synova M.L. Edwards of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith have stepped in to represent USI Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage and consulting firm, in a pending complaint for declaratory relief. The suit, filed Nov. 2 in Washington Western District Court by Wakefield & Kirkpatrick on behalf of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., seeks to declare that State Farm has no duty to defend or indemnify Samuel Davis in an underlying personal injury action.
