Lawyers at Wicker Smith O'Hara McCoy & Ford on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against Costco Wholesale and Jetson Electric Bikes to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Randy Stalsberg, contends that Stalsberg suffered permanent injuries while using a defective Jetson bolt pro folding electric bike manufactured and sold by defendants. The case is 5:22-cv-00289, Stalsberg v. Costco Wholesale Corporation et al.
